About Us
ProX, operated by Real World Initiatives, a 501(c)(3) affiliate of the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, connects Kansas City area high school students with real-world learning experiences through paid summer internships and work-based projects.
Launched in 2021, ProX addresses the need for accessible, meaningful work experiences that empower students and support local employers.
